The Business Sorority
For female leaders who are already showing what leadership looks like.
I imagine if you came here you were hoping to see something more substantial than what looks like a letter. But if you're an entrepreneur yourself, you know what it means to have one great idea with 100 obstacles standing in your way. I was hoping to launch the Sorority by now, but I still need time to fine tune the infrastructure. So here's what's coming in 2026.
At the heart of Kynn is a Business Sorority for female leaders who are already showing what leadership looks like when you're building something that matters. Marketing managers leading teams at companies. Start-up Founders doing six, seven or eight figures. Creator entrepreneurs building media platforms. These are the women we're bringing together.
We've all heard the same statistics. Only 2% of women receive VC funding. Women CEOs finally outnumber men named John in the Fortune 500. But what are we actually doing to make women more likely to compete in these spaces?
I think it actually starts smaller than we think. And it can start with inspiring more women around us to take the risk, start building, and dare to lead in whatever it is they want to do. Plus, it's a lot easier to do when you have women to look up to who are showing what it looks like to do it successfully.
Kynn is my answer to that.
I'm building a curated group of ambitious women who lead with integrity—women who build sustainable businesses, make bold decisions, and show up with deep purpose.
But this isn't a private community where only the members benefit. I plan to amplify their stories across my platforms—my Instagram, Youtube, newsletter, and beyond. As I continue to grow online, my goal is to tell their stories as much as I tell my own.
I want every ambitious woman who follows me to see herself reflected in these entrepreneurs, builders, and leaders. Because representation matters, and these women deserve to be seen.
The Sorority is intimate, yes. But the impact of what we’re building is public.
I'm building this because I believe one more woman out there needs to see what's possible. One more woman needs permission to strive for greatness. And one more woman needs to know she's not alone in wanting to be the best version of herself— a leader.
That's what I'm building Kynn for. And I hope you stay tuned.
